Core rule
Use DecaTrend only for lawful creator workflows and only with content, accounts, credentials, and rights you are allowed to use.
Prohibited content and conduct
- Illegal content or conduct, including content that exploits or endangers minors.
- Child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or instructions for exploiting children.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, harassment, threats, hate, or targeted abuse.
- Impersonation, deceptive synthetic media, misleading endorsements, undisclosed ads, or fraud.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, contractual, or other third-party rights.
- Malware, credential theft, phishing, spam, bot activity, scraping abuse, or attempts to overload infrastructure.
- Attempts to bypass subscriptions, credits, rate limits, storage retention, platform restrictions, API limits, or security controls.
- Using DecaTrend outputs to train competing models or services in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
- Uploading secrets, regulated health data, government IDs, payment card numbers, or other highly sensitive data unless DecaTrend explicitly supports that use case in writing.
- Use by embargoed, sanctioned, or prohibited parties where restricted by applicable law.
Synthetic media and likeness rules
- You must have consent to upload, edit, clone, transform, publish, or commercialize another person voice, face, image, performance, or likeness.
- You must make required AI, ad, endorsement, sponsorship, or synthetic-media disclosures before publishing outputs.
- You may not use DecaTrend to deceive people into believing synthetic or materially altered content is authentic when that would be unlawful or harmful.
Teen and child-safety restrictions
- Users under 18 may be restricted from public sharing, monetization, discoverability, community features, and direct platform posting.
- Users under 18 may be blocked from or required to complete additional checks before using voice cloning, face editing, avatar generation, age estimation, or similar high-risk synthetic-media features.
- Do not attempt to bypass age gates, parental-consent flows, Teen Mode restrictions, safety checks, moderation review, or preservation holds.
Enforcement
DecaTrend may block uploads, cancel jobs, remove files, disable outputs, revoke API keys, disconnect integrations, report activity, or suspend/terminate access if it reasonably believes this policy has been violated.
