Subscription and Refund Policy

Billing, renewals, cancellation, credits, storage, and refund handling.

Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or approved by DecaTrend.
  • Access may continue until the end of the paid period, subject to abuse, legal, or payment-risk suspension.

Credits and plan changes

  • Monthly credits reset according to the billing period and plan configuration.
  • Credits are not cash, have no cash value, and are not transferable unless DecaTrend says otherwise.
  • Upgrades, downgrades, failed payments, and cancellations may affect quotas, retention periods for future jobs, export resolution, queue priority, API access, and connected features.

Refunds

Default policy: no refunds for partial months, unused credits, expired files, or user-cancelled subscriptions unless required by law or approved by DecaTrend.

Refund requests can be sent to [email protected]. Include the account email, Stripe invoice ID if available, reason for the request, and any relevant job IDs.

Storage after cancellation

Files remain subject to the retention period associated with the plan active when the job completed, unless the account is deleted, a legal request requires removal, or product behavior changes prospectively.
